We are currently looking for a Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Riga. Apply today and let's build something great together!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of partnerships, including relationship building and communication
  • Coordinate and track partnership activities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist in the preparation and review of partnership contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership projects
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing assistance
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and documentation
  • Assist in conducting research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the partnership team as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Experience in key account management, partnerships, or AML, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the payment industry would be an advantage
