Responsibilities

  •  Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  •  Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  •  Support HR initiatives such as employee training, performance evaluations, and engagement surveys.
  •  Assist in the preparation of HR-related documentation (offer letters, contracts, etc.).
  •  Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  •  Help organize employee events and activities aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
  •  Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
  •  Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and legislation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
