In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various strategic and operational tasks, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and conducting research. You will work closely with the Strategic Affairs/Owner to ensure smooth communication and coordination within the organization. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


  •  Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings;
  •  Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings;
  •  Coordinate and organize travel arrangements and accommodations;
  •  Conduct research and gather information on various topics;
  •  Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements;
  •  Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings;
  •  Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email correspondence and phone calls;
  •  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism;
  •  Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.


  •  Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role;
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills;
  •  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  •  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  •  Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  •  Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  •  Experience in the payment industry would be an advantage.
