In this role, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure that financial activities are carried out accurately and efficiently. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to contribute to the success of COLIBRIX.

Responsibilities

  •  Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records;
  •  Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system;
  •  Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports;
  •  Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies;
  •  Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions;
  •  Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits;
  •  Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies;
  •  Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or similar role;
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures;
  • Solid understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field;
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
